The lawful basis we apply for processing your data is by consent - this means that you have given us permission to process your data for a specific purpose. AsPro is legally obliged to abide by the regulations of our industry. The Security Industry is regulated by the BSI Group, also known as the British Standards Institution, which is the national standards body of the United Kingdom. Do we store information we collect about you?

We will continue to store the data we have collected about you for five years. At the end of your employment, if you decide that you no longer want us to store your data you may request that we delete it or ‘forget’ you. The only information we would be unable to delete is that required by HMRC concerning wage information. Your data is stored both electronically and in hard copy. AsPro have taken all possible steps to ensure your data is protected. Although our security is rigorous, if there is ever a data breach we have in place a Data Breach Policy which includes informing you at the earliest opportunity if your data was impacted.
